To reset your password you'll need your registered email address. You'll also need access to that email address, since we'll send a verification code to it, which you'll need to enter to create a new password. The reset code must be used within 1 hour of being generated, otherwise you'll need to generate a new one.
If you don't know your member number or registered email address, or no longer have access to it, please email enquiries@communicationsmuseum.org.uk with some proof of name & address and we'll sort things out for you.
