To reset your password you will need to know your member number or registered email address. You will also need access to your registered email address as we will send a verification code to it which you need to enter to create a new password. The reset code must be used within 1 hour of it being generated otherwise you will need to generate a new one
If you dont know your member number or registered email address or no longer have access to it, please email enquiries@communicationsmuseum.org.uk with some proof of name & address and we will sort things out for you.
